A millionaire’s son seeking his
fix is killed after he accidentally gets caught in the middle of two
rival gang leaders battling over drug territory in their local
neighborhood. The deadly murder sparks an explosive series of gang wars between
Santo, a top drug lord and Angel, his Columbian rival while both maneuver
to gain control of their their drug operations and their crew. The
neighborhood is turned into a bloody battleground where the streets run red
and life has little meaning.
